From a very young age, I’ve been interested in everything automotive. I had a small little Corvette to ride around in when I was 6 that my grandpa badged as a Porsche, so we could match. 10 years later, my grandpa taught me how to drive manual on his Guards Red 1987 911 Targa. My dad had an MGB since high school and I since followed in his footsteps by also buying an unreliable British car, my 2003 MINI Cooper S, nicknamed Geoff. Pronounced “Jee-Off”.
I started MotorPiece when I finally realized that I had a knack for writing about cars. I love explaining cars to people who know nothing, and I always love helping someone choose what to buy. MotorPiece is the platform I use to share what I think about every car I can possibly get my hands on. Working around and driving cars is my actual proper passion. There is nothing I love doing more. This doesn’t feel like work at all for me, which is probably why I love it so much.
